The first Virtual Business Meeting of a Surrey Conclave took place at Warlingham Conclave No 292 on Tuesday 30th March with 20 members and guests in attendance.
The Conclave was opened by the Presiding Officer, Wy.Bro. Chris Eley, Supreme Ruler, and the Secretary, V.Wy.Bro. Bob Tuthill read the Letter of Permission to hold the meeting and the Dispensation.
The Presiding Officer welcomed all our guests and visitors to our meeting, especially our Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, R.Wy.Bro. Colin M Beerling. R.Wy.Bro. Colin said how good it was to be back with everyone again.
After the regular business of the Conclave had been completed the Brethren approved a further donation of £500 towards the Mark 2022 MBF Festival. This brings their total donation to £750 for the Festival.
Worthy Brother Ian Clark, Provincial Grand Master of the Mark Province of Surrey, the Conclave’s Director of Ceremonies, thanked the Brethren of Warlingham Conclave for their very generous donation to the Festival.
The Presiding Officer thanked everyone for attending a most enjoyable meeting and declared the meeting closed.
The Consistory meeting was preceded by a meeting of the Warlingham Scarlet Cord Consistory No 134.
