Dinner and Dance Party Saturday 18th November 2017

The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler R.W. Laurence Young wishes to invite all members of the OSM, their friends and family, to join him and his Lady Jen, at the above social event to celebrate the continued success of this wonderful and friendly Order. There will be a fine three course meal, followed by dancing to a live singer. The event will be held at the Reigate Manor Hotel, Reigate Hill, RH2 9PF Surrey.

A raffle will be held, with the chance to win some 'fantastic' prizes. Choices from the three course Menu will be required on booking. The menu is as follows:

Menu

STARTERS
• Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup with coriander oil
• Duck and Orange Pâté, toasted rye bread, mixed fruit chutney
• Classic Prawn Cocktail with lemon, brown bread and butter
• Goats cheese and caramelised red onion tart, with baby leaf salad and cherry tomato coulis

MAINS
• Braised Lamb neck Fillet. glazed red cabbage, croquette potato and mint jus
• Roast Sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, roasted carrots and greens with a red wine gravy
• Pan fried fillet of Sea Bream, sundried tomato risotto and roasted asparagus
• Porto Bello mushroom topped with ratatouille and grilled goats cheese, with sweet potato mash

DESSERTS
• Sticky Toffee Tart, clotted cream ice cream and honey comb
• Chocolate and Cherry Tiramisu
• Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Shortbread Biscuit and Glazed Strawberry
• Fruits of the Forest Pavlova
