The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler R.W. Laurence Young wishes to invite all members of the OSM, their friends and family, to join him and his Lady Jen, at the above social event to celebrate the continued success of this wonderful and friendly Order. There will be a fine three course meal, followed by dancing to a live singer. The event will be held at the Reigate Manor Hotel, Reigate Hill, RH2 9PF Surrey.
A raffle will be held, with the chance to win some 'fantastic' prizes. Choices from the three course Menu will be required on booking. The menu is as follows:

STARTERS
• Carrot and coriander soup served with croutons
• Coarse Country Pâté, fig and walnut bread with a plum chutney
• Classic prawn cocktail served with crispy iceberg lettuce and a slice of lemon
• Goats cheese and tomato tart served on a bed of baby leaves with a balsamic reduction
MAINS
• Braised lamb steak in a rich minted jus with seasonal vegetables
• Roast striploin of beef and Yorkshire pudding served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables with a rich claret jus
• Poached salmon dressed in a white wine sauce served with wilted spinach and buttered new potatoes
• Wild mushroom potato gnocchi

• English berry fool
• Apple and cinnamon crumble and custard
• Lemon tart with vanilla ice cream
• Fresh fruit salad with pouring cream
